Sr. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infra for Press & Body Shops (Civil)

About the role

Lead planning, execution, commissioning and operational readiness of civil infrastructure for Press Shop and Body Shop during the Greenfield project phase and ensure reliable operation, maintenance, compliance and future expansion support of civil assets throughout the facility lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, execution and commissioning of civil infrastructure works for Press Shop and Body Shop during the Greenfield project phase
• Drive execution of industrial buildings, press foundations, heavy equipment foundations, crane girder structures, utility trenches, roads
• Review civil designs, layouts, construction drawings, technical specifications and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Project teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for equipment installation
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors to achieve project objectives related to safety, quality

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Construction
• SOP writing
• Preventive maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E.
