About the role

The Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, particularly under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

• They play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of corporate governance, facilitating board and shareholder communications
• Ensure timely drafting and filing of resolutions. * Follow-up: Track and ensure the timely completion of action items arising from meetings. 3
• Statutory Records & Filings:* Record Keeping: Maintain all statutory registers and records, including the Register of Members, Directors, KMPs, Charges, etc.
• This includes annual returns, financial statements, and event-based filings. 4
