Sr. Manager, Sales Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to lead our Bangalore based Business Development teams and help us expand our business across the India region. Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, building and executing pipeline generation / consumption growth strategies, while coaching and developing our Business Development team members.

What you'll do

• Be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, building and executing pipeline generation / consumption growth strategies
• Have experience driving pipeline generation leveraging AI, leading sales development teams and working with sales, a partner ecosystem and marketing teams
• Take the primary leadership role in developing an outstanding team
• Support and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within India in collaboration with the India Leadership team
• Create innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
