Sr Manager, Sales Development

About the role

As a Senior Manager, Sales Development, you’ll lead through your managers. Your focus is developing first-line managers into strong leaders, building a prospecting culture that holds up at scale, and creating repeatable processes that keep every team performing consistently. Pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and per-rep productivity across your org all sit with you.

What you'll do

• Lead your SDR teams to their goals and quota through your managers
• Coach and develop first-line managers so they run a high-quality daily cadence without your hands-on involvement
• Build a high-performance culture centred on accountability and continuous growth
• Own and optimise the KPIs that track team performance, efficiency and pipeline quality
• Build standard coaching, inspection and reporting practices across your Inbound and Outbound teams
