Sr Manager– Supply Chain Performance Position Summary The Senior Engineer I – Supply Chain Performance is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence through performance management, planning optimization, inventory control, operational analytics, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Supply Chain Performance Management Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs including OTD, OTDC, Service Level, Inventory Turns, DOH, Forecast Accuracy, Backlog
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards and digital reporting systems to support data-driven decision making
• Drive visibility of risks, bottlenecks, and recovery plans across the supply chain
• Planning & Execution Excellence Support SIOP/SPIOP processes to ensure alignment between demand and supply
