Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (APAC)

About the role

You will act as the senior recruiting voice for the region, setting hiring strategy in partnership with regional and global leaders while staying close enough to the work to know exactly what's happening in the pipeline. You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization, balancing global talent acquisition standards with the realities of local markets, and you know how to translate broad company hiring goals into a concrete regional plan.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across multiple functions, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback
• Personally own and manage a portfolio of high-priority, senior, or complex requisitions end to end, from intake through offer and close, across GTM, R&D, and G&A
• Set the APAC recruiting strategy in partnership with regional business leaders and global TA leadership
• Operate effectively in a matrix organization, balancing global process and standards with the needs of local hiring managers, functional leaders, and business units
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs, advise on hiring strategy, and build durable
