Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll Analyst

About the role

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll Analyst to join the Corporate Business Systems Team. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Business Systems and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day systems support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting modules
• Assist with open tickets for enhancements and bug fixes, including but not limited to report fixes, interface modifications, configuration changes
• Collaborate with Oracle support when needed for bug fixes and other technical issues
• Help recording, reporting, resolution and prevention of business incidents involving Oracle Cloud HCM
• Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression for Quarterly releases. Perform proof of concept, validation

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• SQL
• Shell scripting
• Oracle Fusion
• Any graduate
