About the role

We sit at the intersection of sellers, fulfillment and supply chain operations, category teams, and product teams - ensuring inventory flows smoothly, availability stays strong, and the customer experience is protected.

What you'll do

• Your day is anchored around your sellers' performance
• You begin by reviewing inbound and inventory health metrics, identifying any gaps in availability and diving deep to find root causes
• You partner with fulfillment and supply chain operations to resolve bottlenecks, and align with category teams on upcoming demand
• You lead working sessions on the process improvements you own, and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholder forums
• As the connective point across seller, operations, category, and product teams, you turn seller needs into coordinated action

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Data analysis
• SQL
• MBA
