Sr Proj Mgmt Specialist

About the role

This role requires demonstration of a strong ability to seamlessly integrate business and functions to enable execution excellence and planning fidelity. He/She will work closely with the HTCS Sr. Director to drive SIOP & Workforce planning process for HTCS Global locations Lead business and technical requirement discussions and translate requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and scalable technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the HTCS Sr. Director to drive SIOP & Workforce planning process for HTCS Global locations
• Lead business and technical requirement discussions and translate requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and scalable technology solutions
• Design application architecture, data flows, APIs, microservices, integrations, and enterprise solutions aligned with technology standards and best practices
• Provide technical leadership across full-stack development, data architecture, integration, automation, and Low-Code / No-Code solutions
• Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, simplify, and optimize workforce planning processes using technology as an enabler

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience

• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
