The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary strategic lead for high-complexity, large-scale transformer manufacturing portfolios. With over 20 years of experience, this role provides technical and commercial leadership to ensure multi-million dollar projects achieve superior financial returns, technical integrity, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring alignment with factory capacity, long-term financial targets
• Executive Commercial & Financial Leadership: Assume full accountability for project P&L, including cash flow margin optimization
• High-Stakes Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the executive liaison for critical accounts, facilitating high-level negotiations, conflict resolution
