About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Algoleap. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent across various IT disciplines, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies like AI/ML.

What you'll do

• Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews, review resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation
