Sr Recruiter

About the role

This job develops and executes strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent. They partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and create job descriptions. Senior Recruiters source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection and offer process. They also manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, develop recruiting metrics, and may supervise junior recruiters.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers and business unit leader to understand hiring requirements, products and services while providing consultative expertise in recruitment
• Lead & develop recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective recruiting partnership
• Advises and influences leaders of assigned business units on Talent Acquisition strategy and how to identify and invest in talent pipeline
• Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required
• Collaborates regularly with peers and/or internal partners
