About the role

As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst on the Comp Admin team, you will run commissions administration from start to finish for a large global group of sellers, so they can trust that they are paid accurately and on time. You will own a large payee portfolio with no supervision needed, from plan rollout through calculation, payroll, and follow-up support.

What you'll do

• Own a large payee portfolio with no supervision needed, from plan rollout through calculation, payroll, and follow-up support
• Catch issues before they reach the field and keep every step audit-ready
• Own commissions administration for a large payee portfolio with no errors: user setup, plan distribution, input processing, calculation, and payment
• Deliver plan rollout and payout accurately and on time every cycle, including tracking ICPW acceptance and preparing data that feeds payroll and accounting deadlines
