About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – TFE to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch operations.

What you'll do

• Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings
• Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability
• Ensure high-quality customer service and establish service delivery standards
• Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
