About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and business finance. This role requires deep expertise in financial strategy, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to partner with executive stakeholders to drive business outcomes and long-term value creation.

What you'll do

Lead and oversee enterprise-wide financial planning processes including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning
Ensure alignment between financial plans and organizational strategy across multiple business units
Review and analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability drivers
Provide executive-level insights, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations
Drive performance improvement initiatives and identify risks and opportunities
