What you'll do

As a Software Support Engineer for PivotWare, your mission is to provide expert technical support, installation
Play a vital role in ensuring high system availability, seamless customer operations, and continuous improvement in line with industry requirements
By leveraging your technical expertise, you will help our customers maximize the performance and reliability of their production systems
Handle customer support tickets via the internal ticketing system and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
Perform installation and commissioning of PivotWare solutions at customer sites
