• Support senior team members in providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
• Participate in data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading, data cleanup and validation
• Perform training of customer end users on the configured solution
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues of the configured solutions, escalating to senior team members as needed
