About the role

The role is accountable for category strategy, tendering, supplier and subcontractor management, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, contract administration, supply continuity, and end-to-end procure-to-pay governance.

What you'll do

• Strategic Procurement & Category Management
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for CAPEX, OPEX, MEP, civil, ELV, ICT, systems, services, and AMC categories
• Lead category planning, demand aggregation, supplier consolidation, standardization, localization, and value-engineering initiatives
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, e-auctions, techno-commercial evaluations, bid clarifications, and award recommendations
• Align sourcing plans with approved budgets, project schedules, technical specifications, and organizational procurement policies

What you need
