About the role
L3 Windows & Virtualization Engineers act as the primary support layer responsible for monitoring systems, handling incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation while maintaining SLA compliance and operational stability.
What you'll do
- Handle user accounts, password issues, and access management
- Monitor server health, uptime, disk usage, and performance
- Restart services and analyze event logs for troubleshooting
