Staff Augmentation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Specialist with a strong background in IT staffing, staff augmentation, vendor empanelment, and enterprise client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be capable of connecting with decision-makers, getting Chapter247 empanelled with large enterprises and direct clients, and securing active IT staffing requirements for our technical resources.

What you'll do

• Staff Augmentation Business Development: Generate active contract staffing and C2C requirements across technologies such as MERN, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps
• Enterprise Account Penetration: Develop new accounts, identify staffing opportunities, and convert initial connections into long-term business partnerships
• Experience negotiating staffing agreements, commercial terms, and vendor contracts
