Staff Nurse

About the role

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and medical-legal protocols. This role includes direct patient care, infection control, documentation, inventory management, and adherence to medico-legal standards, contributing to the hospital’s commitment to quality healthcare delivery.

What you'll do

• They will assist patients with mobilization, rehabilitation, and pain management, ensuring holistic recovery
• Nurses will also support doctors during rounds, respond to critical changes in patient conditions, and educate families on disease management and medication adherence
• NABH Compliance & Quality Assurance
• The nurse is responsible for maintaining accurate medical documentation in line with NABH standards, ensuring seamless patient care handovers
• They must strictly follow infection control protocols, biomedical waste management, and patient safety guidelines

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Patient care
• Infection control
• BLS
• ACLS
• Documentation
• Medication administration
• B.Sc or M.Sc or Diploma

Good to have

• ICU care
