Staff Software Engineer (Bangalore, India)

About the role

We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Bangalore to set the technical direction for the core platform behind AiPrise's compliance orchestration and AI agent systems. This is our most senior individual-contributor role. You will own the architecture of a major part of the platform, lead the hardest multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams, and raise the engineering bar for a team that is growing fast.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and multi-quarter technical roadmap for a core area of the platform: vendor orchestration, case management, platform, or the AI agents
• Lead our largest and most ambiguous technical initiatives end to end: framing the problem, design, sequencing across teams, delivery, and rollout or migration
• Author and review RFCs, run design reviews, and make the hard calls on build vs. buy, consistency vs. speed, and when to pay down debt
• Set the standard for reliability, security, and data integrity in a regulated environment: SLOs, incident response, change management, and audit-readiness
• Evolve the orchestration layer to handle 10x verification volume across 80+ vendors: throughput, latency, failover, and cost
