Startup Manager

About the role

As our Startup Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding promising startups for our investment portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for our founders, providing them with guidance, support, and access to valuable resources throughout their growth journey.

What you'll do

• Actively identify and source high-potential startups in Tier-II and III cities across India, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, analyzing market opportunity, team capabilities, financial projections, and social impact (if applicable)
• Develop compelling investment theses and present them to the investment committee
• Build strong relationships with founders and serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support
• Proactively manage existing portfolio companies, monitoring their progress and providing ongoing support for growth and achievement of key milestones
