The role supports business growth by driving operational excellence, governance, and efficient administration across the state.

What you'll do

• Branch Operations & Facility Management
• Ensure smooth branch administration across the state, monitor housekeeping, security, utilities
• Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development
• Manage new branch setup and infrastructure readiness, coordinate civil, electrical, interior, and branding activities and ensure timely completion of expansion projects
• Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management
