About the role

State Head – Personal Loan (Partner Business) is responsible for leading the personal loan business across the assigned state(s), with a focus on partner-driven channels. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding cross-sell opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and other channel partners.

What you'll do

Lead the personal loan business across the state, focusing on revenue expansion per existing customer
Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive customer acquisition through digital channels
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to increase portfolio penetration
Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to the Product and Sales teams for course correction
