What you'll do

• Drive adoption, engagement and sustained usage across the programme, with a clear focus on moving from onboarding to active and continued use
• Monitor adoption and engagement across locations and maintain visibility on active, low-engagement and inactive project locations
• Identify priority locations requiring intervention and coordinate targeted actions with implementation partners and field teams
• Track progress against agreed actions and assess whether programme engagement is strengthening over time
• Analyse programme usage, engagement and related data to identify patterns, variations, anomalies and emerging programme gaps
