Store and Purchase Manager

About the role

As a Store & Purchase Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant's supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining optimal stock levels.

What you'll do

• Implement and oversee effective inventory control measures to minimise waste and ensure optimal stock levels
• Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies using Tally
• Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable
• Oversee the procurement process, from placing orders to coordinating
