responsible for overseeing all showroom operations, driving sales, ensuring team of Sales Executives, Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) and support management skills to motivate, guide, and develop the showroom team while ensuring operational efficiency and achieving

What you'll do

Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the showroom
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues effectively and professionally
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for used vehicles
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models
