Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager at Salad Days, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality salads and other dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage the store’s profit and loss statements and ensure the economic efficiency of the unit
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for B2B, subscription, and advance orders
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement

What you need
