Strategic Account Manager, North

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) based in Delhi is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts across the region. The SAM serves as the primary TrendAI™ executive sponsor for each account, driving deep customer relationships, multi-year revenue growth, and competitive account protection.

What you'll do

• Engage with IT leaders and senior stakeholders through consultative sales conversations
• Conduct strategic discussions with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and other senior decision-makers to understand business and security requirements
• Develop a strong understanding of the customer sales cycle and different state of engagement, leveraging SDRs, marketing initiatives, and social media channels
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn advanced cloud architectures and evolving security trends
• Deliver compelling Proofs of Value (POVs) for products and service offerings throughout the sales cycle to demonstrate business and technical value
