Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, develop and execute strategic partnerships that support Exponent’s growth objectives. The role combines business development, strategic partnership management and program execution, requiring close collaboration with external partners and internal teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Marketing.

What you'll do

• Business Development & Partnerships
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential strategic partners across OEMs, fleet operators, CPOs, OMCs, EPC players
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners and drive opportunities from initial engagement through execution
• Support development of partnership models, commercial proposals and business cases
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations with partners in collaboration with the leadership team

What you need
