Student Counsellor

About the role

The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents regarding the University’s academic programs, admission processes, and campus life. The role involves counselling, coordination, administrative support, and effective communication to ensure a positive experience for new entrants.

What you'll do

• Educate new entrants and parents about the University, its academic offerings, facilities, and policies
• Handle individual counselling sessions, both in person and through digital platforms
• Coordinate with academic departments and administrative units for smooth admission and onboarding processes
• Manage correspondence independently through emails, letters, and other official communication channels
• Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems and office productivity tools
