Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

About the role

The Power Platform Administrator is responsible for administering, governing, and supporting the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services. This hands-on role ensures platform security, stability, and scalability while enabling business teams to build solutions safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, CoPilot Studio) across development, test, and production
• Implement and maintain governance standards, including environment strategy, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and platform administration processes
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, security roles, and tenant-level settings to ensure compliance
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot incidents and drive root-cause resolution
• Support solution delivery by advising makers and development teams on best practices, ALM, security, and performance for apps and flows
