About the role

Consistent monitoring to improve service quality and weekly as well as monthly reporting of SLA/Volumes/Issues/Risks and remediation etc. Leading the team of 20 plus engineers across technologies for L1 and L2 support (Windows Client, Server/O365/Desktop and Intune) to make sure operational and BAU activities are delivered as per required standards.
