About the role

What you'll do

  • Ensuring adherence to Compliance Policy of the bank
  • Managing the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures
  • Encourage separate ownership from management
  • Work closely with the lead in conducting Subsidiary management committee meeting documenting and tracking action points
  • Closely co-ordinating with Assurance functions within the bank for update on critical matters
