What you'll do

• Lead a teams of 2 to 6 Engineers for Dry Gas Seal Support System Post Order Engineering
• Accountable for overall Engineering KPI ‘s and focus on OTD and Quality metrices
• Training & developing of empowered engineering team for GSS engineering & to perform vent studies
• Working directly with all internal stakeholders and align with them on Engineering Service Level to meet their expectation
• I- Project – job management tool for Gas seal system engineering as a global tool

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• PLC
• Supply chain
• MS Project
• Procurement
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Six Sigma
