About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Supervisor, Talent Management to lead the day-to-day execution and technical coordination of our global talent cycles. In this role, you will be the coordinator for the operational workstreams supporting Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and High Potential (HiPo) Cohort Management .
What you'll do
- Technical Oversight & Operational Lead
- Partner with AMS/Scaled Services to triage defects, prioritize fixes, and ensure issues are resolved before they impact global talent sessions
- Capture enhancement requests and ensure the system effectively tracks development and movement for these critical talent groups
