Support Analyst II

About the role

The HR Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional and operational support for the organization's Workday platform and associated HR modules (HCM, Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Absence Management, Organization Management, Security Admin etc.).

What you'll do

• Workday and Oracle HRMS Production Support
• Provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS modules
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues within agreed SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
