About the role

Support Analyst - Working knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL with Oracle / PostGreSQL database, Job Schedulers Sharp debugging and good communication skills

What you'll do

  • The individual will be responsible for
  • Providing L1/L2 support - Debug the application, check configuration, provide workarounds, Perform Root cause analysis
  • Respond to tickets promptly - Communicate with stake holders
  • Monitor Job Run and SLA meetup
