Support Engineer, FCUBE Techno-Functional

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS) Techno-Functional engineer with 8 to 10years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and reliability of Flexcube in production environments. This role to support customization and production support for Oracle Flexcube with modules like core banking, Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc..

What you'll do

• Support Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis and functional design for new business needs
• Capable of troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube
• Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments
• Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps
