About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and technically inclined Support Engineer Interns to join our Product Support team. As a Support Engineer Intern, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product-related queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

What you'll do

Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide first-level technical support
Perform initial diagnosis of reported issues before escalating complex cases to the Development or QA team
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Monitor product health, system alerts, and application performance, reporting anomalies when required
