L2 Functional Support Engineer for PLM (3DX) L2/L3 maintenance services.

What you'll do

  • Work as Functional Support for PLM L2/L3 maintenance services
  • 2.To analyze and resolve the user issues reported on functional and technical Batches of PLM
  • 3.Provide proactive alerts and mitigate any risks to have continuity of PLM availability
  • 4.To actively track the different metrics from business team
  • 5.To collaborate with different teams (Functional experts, perimeter pilots, Development Teams and Support teams)
