About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer with 8–10 years of experience supporting .NET-based applications in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills, solid MSSQL knowledge , and hands-on experience with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) .

What you'll do

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
  • Monitor applications, identify issues, and ensure high system availability
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
  • Debug application issues using logs, code-level analysis, and database queries
  • Work extensively with MS SQL Server (queries, performance analysis, data validation)
