Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance and customer experiences for a modern, AI-powered customer service platform. In this role, you will support customers through email, live chat, and video calls, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and get the most value from the product.

What you'll do

• Manage customer inquiries: Respond to inbound questions through email, chat, and video calls using platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom, ensuring timely, accurate
• Troubleshoot technical issues: Investigate product-related problems, identify root causes
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Communicate clearly, professionally
• Guide customers on product usage: Proactively help customers understand product features, improve their workflows, and make the most of available functionality
• Stay current with product developments: Keep up to date with new features, enhancements, and functionality to provide accurate guidance and relevant recommendations

What you need
