About the role

Supervises and manages all molding activities, team schedules and cycle times for full targeted output.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for SAFE compliances and achieving the value stream/cell KPIs
  • Lead value stream and ensure rated output, completion of daily and monthly production schedule
  • Production tracking on daily basis and ensure all the internal external customers are served on time
  • Responsible for process trouble shooting and standardization as per scientific molding process
  • Responsible for molding and assembly capacity planning & load balancing to maximize production

What you need

  • 8–10 yrs of experience
  • SAP
  • CNC programming
  • TPM
  • 5S
  • Kaizen
  • Lean
  • B.Tech or B.E.
