As a Survey Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's survey programming projects to success. This is a dynamic role that blends individual contribution, project management, client engagement, and account management. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that clients receive the highest quality survey programming services, from initial design to final data analysis.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and precise delivery of survey results, meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Lead the quality assurance process to ensure all logic, conditionality, and programming elements are correctly implemented and functional
• Develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering ongoing partnerships
