SWAT Demand Planner

About the role

This role is responsible for contributing to and/or leading operational demand planning activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of forecasts, and driving continuous improvement within the demand planning process. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to optimize forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end Demand Review process to develop monthly, multi-channel volume forecasts and align the operational demand plan by partnering with Marketing, Finance
• Generate data-driven business insights by collaborating with GIC Operational Demand Analysts to develop item/week/location forecasts to achieve inventory targets while…
• Collaborate with the GIC Statistical Forecasting Analyst to deliver business insights, optimize statistical forecasting outputs
• Contribute to new product forecasting assumptions and participate in launch meetings
• Partner with the cross-functional business team to ensure a successful Sales and Operations process that balances supply and demand while minimizing waste

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Demand planning
• Statistics
• Data analysis
• Any graduate
