About the role

This role is responsible for the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of server systems, including operating systems, software, compute servers, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure. The role has a primary sourcing focus on AWS experience , along with Azure, VMware, and other enterprise infrastructure technologies.

What you'll do

  • Implement, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot server systems, including operating systems, software, compute servers, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory
  • Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, including availability, capacity, and utilization
  • Procure server equipment and manage subcontractors involved with server installations
  • Provide server technical support directly to users and through ticketing systems
  • Create technical support documentation for server systems and processes
