About the role

You will undertake proactive maintenance and administration of Applications and operations tools in support of the delivery of the IT service. To improve system availability with proactive work to avoid outages and performance issues, with particular focus on Powershell Scripting, M365 build and run support for all used by colleagues.

What you'll do

Undertake proactive maintenance and administration of Applications and operations tools in support of the delivery of the IT service
Improve system availability with proactive work to avoid outages and performance issues, with particular focus on Powershell Scripting
Assessing, developing, and implementing the infrastructure and server builds
Supporting business critical applications running within the area of responsibility of the team in ITS globally
Maintaining and helping further development of appropriate cost models to reflect changes in technology and provide key input to the overall Charging Model
