What you'll do

• Partner directly with senior leadership
• Lead high-impact executive hiring mandates
• Lead the talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple asset classes and business functions
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and drive strategic hiring plans
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent for critical and leadership roles
